Just got back from CVS and didn't really have too much of a plan when I went in there. I watched a few Youtube videos and exchanged some emails with Coupon Crackhead and here is the result:

I also used a 20% off coupon that CVS emailed me last week. That took $5.46 off my total.
Then, I used $19.99 in ECBs. Paid tax only, which was $2.93.
Received back $21.00 in ECBs for my next purchase.
